Operatives bonus scheme


If a member of our team is going above and beyond, we show our appreciation – simple as that. Our operatives bonus scheme is designed to reward hard-working, loyal employees with a performance-based incentive every 6 months.


Employees are assessed and rewarded based on their performance throughout the year, including in their day-to-day role and professional standards.


Long service awards


Many members of our staff have deep roots in our history, and we feel it’s important to recognise that. We reward loyalty and dedication to the firm with a voucher for landmark career anniversaries, ranging from 5 to 30 years.


Reward and recognition scheme


As well as these scheduled reward schemes, we believe it’s important to celebrate our staff day-to-day too.


Line managers can recognise outstanding behaviour, such as innovative thinking or accident prevention, by nominating members of the team at our weekly meetings. Those who excel will win a bespoke prize, chosen based on their personal hobbies and interests.
