CASE STUDY

York Place, Battersea

This residential project is our largest scheme we have undertaken in 12 years and took nearly 2 years to design and supply.

Thet project consisted of 3 blocks with the middle block the tallest at 24 stories.

Our CWCT tested Vantage®️ rain screen and coping systems are everywhere as well as bespoke pergola, GRC look alike and the white feature band flashings.

Collectively we invested so much time and effort into this scheme and we are very proud with the outcome.

Congratulations go to JRL and McMullen for the install, in what can only be described as a difficult build.York Place provides a new Battersea headquarters for the Royal Academy of Dance and 299 new homes and is a stunning addition to the London skyline.
