VANTAGE MF

Vantage® MF is a fully drained and back ventilated open jointed rainscreen cladding system, mechanically face fixed to a sub frame using low profile fixings or rivets.

A simple and economic system, equally suitable for new build projects or low-cost refurbishments works. Vantage® MF panels have the advantage of being able to be formed to give a clean, sharp detail at all joints, corners and reveals.

  • Fully tested in accordance with CTWC standard for Systemised Building Envelopes
  • CWCT tested panel sizes up to 3.95m x 1.49
  • Cladding zone range from 65mm – 345mm

  • Can be installed top-down or bottom-up
  • Reduced transport costs and packing wage due to efficient wrapping
  • Horizontal or vertical applications – 10mm joint gap both horizontal and vertical

Vantage® MF system offers designers a vast array of materials to choose from to achieve the perfect finish, including Aluminium in powder coated, PVDF, Anccised and pre-coat Specialist materials such as Cor-ten®, copper, brass and zinc can also be considered as your project demands.

VANTAGE MF FAQS

Very quick lead time due to the product being created on Salvagnini punch, meaning the product can have pre-punched holes at the same time as sheering for rivets or other mechanical fixings.

Our Vantage® MF Mechanical Fix Rainscreen System has been fully CWCT tested. The fire rating depends upon the material used; for example a powder coated finish would be A2, and pre-coated aluminium is A1.

Yes, we have two punching machines and a significant investment in cluster tooling to offer an array of perforates finishes.

The joint gap is 10mil, giving this particular system an advantage over other systems where the gap is 20mil
