BTS Facades & Fabrications, new office development

We contacted long standing friend Mark Romaines of MDK to oversee the installation of all the cladding works on our office / car park extension.

The new offices showcase all our Vantage® products and the car park wall afforded the opportunity to exhibit our ever popular coping system.

Tapered pre determined galvanised top hats are fitted to the wall followed by our robust extruded alloy bracket with specially designed grooves that include a rubber gasket. The gasket is factory fitted and is used to provide a snug watertight and anti-drum fit for the post powder coated coping.

No butt straps are required as one of the alloy brackets is always situated each end and coupled with the fact that no fixings pierce the coping top ensures a leak free system.

The only visible fixing is located on the inside wall to provide security and guaranteed aesthetics.

The new office car park and Rainscreen clad offices are the first greeting to our many visitors
