Based in the UK, all of our products are produced at our purpose-built facilities in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham. Our well-established reputation is built on our continuous investment in people and equipment. We offer a complete BIM service, and use the latest 3D design software: allowing you to visualise your design before making your final product decision.
At BTS we have a policy of constant reiinvestment and stiructured growth in assets and people. During the
last couple of years we have invested in having the latest machinery available and at present we have three Amada pressbreaks, 3 and 5 metre Trumpf punches, a Streibig saw and two Alu-rangers. Our latest addition is the fully-automatic panel bending machine, TruBend Center 7030. This machine is the first one to be used in the UK.
We operate with a team of 40 dedicated loyal staff and hands on Managers and Directors producing a diverse product range.
Our fleet of vehicles comprises of four 6 metre by 2.2 metre flat bed vehicles and a 4 metre flat bed vehicle allowing us to run a comprehensive delivery Service countrywide, five days a week.
We’ve invested heavily in a pallet racking system to ensure the ready availability of a multitude of materials and finishes, from Tata Plastisol Leathergrain, Lining enamel, Colorcoat HPS2O0 Ultra®, and Colorcoat Prisma, to Arcelor Plastisols, Polyesters and Spectrum Granite. We can supply aluminium in mill finish, stucco embossed or pre-coated and J57S for anodising.
The list goes on; stainless steel, mesh, tread plate, 3 colours of Alkor Renolit PVC coated metal, plain galvanised steel. We can powder-coat flashings with the complete palette of standard and non-standard RAL/BS and Syntha-Pulvin finishes. Where powder coating isn’t a viable option, we offer a 3-coat wet-spray finishing system.
The BTS team have designed our own production management and materials movement control system, meaning that we· can track each order from stock picking to delivery.
At BTS we Installed smart lighting and sky lights in our factory to minimise power use, also to generate our own electricity having installed a purpose made generator. We employ an environmental expert to help identify any improvements and ensure compliance with environmental legal requirements adhered to.
