BTS Fabrications addresses these needs with plenum box vents available in a wide range of materials and finishes, with both standard and custom options designed to provide a fully watertight seal and an aesthetically pleasing finish.
Our SolidWorks designers meticulously model each plenum, preparing them for precision cutting on our turret punches. Each component is expertly perforated and cut to a flat pattern, then formed into shape using press brakes.
During assembly, our skilled team welds and dresses each plenum to ensure a smooth, seamless appearance. Finally, we apply a durable powder coating in the specified RAL colour, achieving both high performance and visual appeal.
