Soffit Systems
Soffits are aesthetic flashings, similar to fascias, but typically installed at a 90° angle to walls rather than parallel.
They provide a clean, finished look to building exteriors and are commonly used on eaves, balconies, and other large openings.
To achieve this precise finish, our SolidWorks designers carefully model each soffit, which is then optimised and nested into sheet parts for our S4 Salvagnini punch.
The components are precision-cut to the required flat patterns and then shaped on our automated panel bender.
Unless bespoke features or closures around openings require additional welding and dressing, the soffits are ready for a high-quality powder coating in the specified RAL colour.
