123 – 129 Commercial St, Newport

BTS had the pleasure of working with Willis Construction, supplying or Vantage® IP including the very technical curved IP. The curves are achieved by slotting the top and bottom then mechanically fixing to create the desired effect. Finished in RAL 9005, gives this building a striking presence in Newport.  This project consisted of Retail and Commercial units to ground level and 38 much needed centrally located apartments for the over 55s. Total project value 9.8 million.
