Plot 9A, First Street

Project description: Plot 9A First Street is a 131,000 sq ft high specification, sustainable office building and will be home for 2,600 civil servants from a number of Government departments with more than 150 roles relocating to Manchester. The building achieved a BREEAM Excellent standard with an EPC Rating B, Plot 9A is setting a new benchmark for quality office space in the heart of Manchester.

Project features and challenges: BTS Facades and Fabrications supplied Bespoke Aluminium Rainscreen panels anodised at United Anodisers in ANOLOK™ II PALE BLUE-GREY B711 to BAM Construction. The routed anodised panels look great in contrast to the 335no. Green Techcrete reconstructed stone panels (acid etched).
