Potato Wharf, Manchester

We have supplied loyal customer, Dearneside Fabrications Limited with balcony fabrications for the last 4 years.

We supply all the bespoke fabrications to their factory in Sheffield for them to assemble before shipment, consequently, we rarely see the finished article.

We noticed the weird and wonderful colours on this scheme so followed this one up very closely.

This is phase 2 of Potato Wharf in Manchester. Dearneside were involved with all the open fronted balconies in 4 different exciting powder coated colours which are:

• Ral 5005 Blue
• Ral 6029 Green
• Ral 1006 Yellow
• Ral 7016 Anthracite

Working closely with Lendlease the finished article is breath taking.

These are one and two-bedroom apartments sitting on the water surrounded by one of Manchester’s most engaging districts.

The Lendlease project team won the regional (Northwest) NHBC Awards, for both Seal of Excellence and for High Rise.
