Fraser Studios, Aberdeen

Project description: Fraser Studios is a 173-unit student accommodation development, built on a brownfield site and achieved a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating.

Project features and challenges: For this project BTS supplied 300m2 of Vantage®️ SF Secret Fix rainscreen system, in Corten material. Corten as a weathering material looks great on this building, working as a contrast to the rest of the façade.
